I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this one with the repeats, but guess what- I LOVED it. It's because the moves are fun to begin with, and even though they're repeated, the intervals get shorter towards the end. It was great & definitely a new fave. And the pink clock goes with the pink on your rebounder. That's next level Renee!😍

Oh my goodness you just made my day or better yet my entire week. I’m smiling from ear to ear. I wasn’t sure about the repeats at first either but same as you I loved that they got shorter each time, went by fast. I’m glad you like my fancy timer. Truly putting my editing skills to the test. Always learning something new. 🥰

Hey Renee! I don't know what happened to my energy today but I almost quit after the first 3 rounds! Then it all started to come together, seeing the timer realizing "It's only 12 minutes!!!" You encouraging and my mind telling me you've got this and this is for ME! Glad I stuck with it! Thanks for doing this for all of us, for keeping it interesting and real! xo ❤️

This is okay, but I prefer your workout with 20 second rest. Do you have any others like that besides the lymphatic one? Thanks, Kathy
