how about the version of the carb that doesnt have screws to remove the bowl.. how TF do you get the bowl off..... about to use the hammer or try to weld a little nut to it.

Cheaper just to replace the carb with a new one.

What's your results with the factory rebuild?

I've only rebuilt 1 of them. And it ran fine. Time spent, it was just easier for me to grab a new carb and get the kid back in the field. :)

What's your cost to do a rebuild

Honestly, it's not worth rebuilding. A rebuild is ~$10 and an entire carb is about ~$15..
