sir when the rna polymerase binded sigma factor reaches terminator rna polymerase bind with rho factor then what happen to the sigma factor binded to it

Saravana Kumar mRNA processing is absent in prokaryotes because there is no introns or intervening sequences.prokaryotes are polycistronic, but in case of eukaryotes it is monocistronic.so these have interuppted coding sequences i.e introns.these have to be removed, therefore mRNA processing occurs only in eukaryotes
