Sixth codon is actually intron 10 nucleotides long.

What about the anti codons?
@biologylover1565
@biologylover1565 4 жыл бұрын
Yes anti codon not mention hear, it is a crucial part of translation. This topic how information from DNA come up to polypeptide chain.

Antisense Strand should be used as a template so that the mRNA could have a sequence as the Sense strand.

My teacher gave me a problem like this, I transcribed it over and over again and there's no AUG anywhere in the sequence LOL. I'm like where TF am I supposed to start translation then? (I didn't actually say that obviously.) Either it's a mistake or I'm really out of the loop here. (And obviously I asked them but just waiting for a response.)

why promoter and transcripted gene are side by side ? isn't there +1 or distance -10 ,-35 ??
@adelbouafia2751
@adelbouafia2751 3 жыл бұрын
exactly we need to know where is the + 1 (how many nucleotides downstream the promoter ???)

Initial explanation not real good. For Example. Why are you starting transcription where you are?? Why there? Are you given the promoter position always?

So this really explains the difference between Becker Muscular Dystrophy and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Becker remains in frame, while Duchenne is out of frame

just follow the statics database of genome sequences and found that golden ratio too so repetition of periods out of total possible outcomes are shows quickly which set of genome is responsible for oil formulation🔥💢🔥💢

if you promoter is on the 5' strand how will the RNA Polymerase bind to the 3'Strand and initiate transcription?
@231mac
@231mac 4 жыл бұрын
There isn't a separate 5' strand or a separate 3' strand. One END of a strand is 5' and the other END is 3'.
