Love this guy! Been trying to stay fit for years. Iron Man finisher sprint, triathlons,1/2 iron man distances, pedaled cross-country, successful adventure racer, etc. this guy is the bomb! Now I am 70 years old. What I wouldn’t even consider a warm-up. I am now doing as a work out, thanks to this guy.

Can we have 3 exercises that helps us get out of bed in the morning? I have to roll on my front, drop my feet on floor and then straighten up. Why is this happening? Is this a core issue as we get older? The worse part is I hurt myself grabbing items from the 2nd row shelf, so I have a rotator cuff injury which I am slowly exercising the pain out. Putting 130 lbs on the side of shoulder is not helping out.
