I joined her $20,000.00 contest thingy and I told myself if I don’t win I at least am learning something that might help me! It did and it gave me hope! @MelissaNeillАй бұрын
Hi Janine! The other things to look at are: How are you sleeping - if you are not sleeping well it can be a real struggle to lose weight. And will explain why it has not worked. Stress levels- do you have high stress levels? If you have at this stage in life it can hinder fat loss Gut health - are you experiencing inflammation in your body or digestion issues - this can hinder your fat loss
@janinedance102Ай бұрын
I guess I could sleep better and have anxiety but I am taking measures to help with that. I had throat cancer a few years back. I still have burning in my mouth. I take mirtazapine for anxiety and sleep but still don’t have the best sleep. GABAPENTIN for nerve pain sometimes. These wouldn’t help with my metabolism. Maybe that’s why I don’t see change. I may have to accept my body as it is despite the work I do. 😔 I’m 171cm and 65kg. My body comp doesn’t seem to change. My PT says I need to be patient. 🙏

If you're 150 lb but your goal is 130 lb would you choose to eat 130 grams of protein? Are would you still stick with the 150 grams of protein
@MelissaNeill28 күн бұрын
If your goal is to weigh 130 lbs, it's generally a good idea to eat around 130 grams of protein to support fat loss and muscle preservation as you aim for your target weight. However, if you're very active or lifting heavy, sticking closer to 150 grams of protein could still be beneficial, as it may better support muscle recovery and growth.
