Self-awareness and embrace all our parts (sadness, anger, happiness, kindness, etc.) are really valuable tools to understand and be compassionated with ourselves,. This is a way to express love to ourselves rather than criticize or attack those feelings, emotions and sensations which are part of us and they have their own voice, they are trying to express something and we should paid attention to what they are saying :) Thank you for your video Sarah!

I once read that if an emotion is allowed to reach maximum intensity it may last minutes. Yet, if one represses the feeling, it lasts indefinitely, potentially a lifetime. Take Care Sarah.
