Trust me what goes around comes back around, some of these tenants and workmen in Jamaica are just like the criminals that are picking pockets. I have some workmen, they damaged my cameras, stole materials etc. The government need to invent/ enforced some drastic laws for them.

The same thing happened in America. I hired a licensed contractor to renovate 2 bath rooms and a half bath. The toilets started leaking after he finished . He came back and took one up and the wax wasn't there. He forgot to put in the wax. He claimed the other one was condensation. I told him to cut out the section and I will flush the toilet. Well, It was the toilet. He wanted me to pay him to fix his own mistake. He insisted on purchasing the tiles and I paid for them. I told him it was the wrong tile on the floor in the primary bath. He insisted it's not wait until it's finished. Well it's the wrong tile. The tile is shiny it was supposed to be matted to prevent falling if wet. It so happened that I returned some stuff and I saw that he had the contractor's credit transferred to his card but never passed it on to me. He charfe the highest price but delivers a lot of mistakes.

Landlords in Canada have the same problems to get out bad tenants, court dates takes forever as well. Adrian, hopefully you guys can get the repairs done and move forward. Some tenants just bad mind Good luck 🙏

Rent to a working class ( in a pretty decent job, yes I am telling u to discriminate in this case for your own protection) younger person or couple who is starting out in life and have dreams and ambitions. They dont want their employer or social media to know that they are dishonest or distructive to ppl's property( they have alot to lose) and their pride is everything to them. Ppl who are struggling and think that life has passed them by and they just dont care are the worst ppl to rent to. They are desparate and will do anything without shame. Sadly.

They did the same mess on my house ...must have been learning trade. Even after 9 years am still cussing. Many times I want to dig it down but the man dump up all my first floor so its gonna cost too much. I was not here to stop him. The deck ceiling bellied down on the inside, walls lean that the doors have to cut to fit. You dear switch a door around...they cut to fit. Windows leaking ...etc. Am tired!

People are just terrible and when things doesn't belong to them they don't care. So they destroy your plsce and thinks it ok also that property those workmen are wicked thats what they do charge people a lot of money and then jack up there place. They know exactly what they were doing and it just not fear to that lady for its not easy to work your money for people to abuse you and rob you. It happens to my family they have workmen working on our house and they rob up all the money and the house is not done ridiculous.
