You will not redefine gender try as you want. There are two genders defined by God: male and female = man and woman. There are some men more feminine than others, and some women more masculine than others. I never claimed to have all the answers, I just know the outcome of living this lifestyle defined n this "transgender" movement - sin and confusion. I know a lesbian couple that lived all their lives together and died together "happy and fulfilled." I have seen it's possible to do so, or at least in appearance. I can't say for sure. Only God knows, I know many who've lived apart from God yet experienced His blessings. "The rain falls on the just and the unjust." I too know that if one decides that they are going to live that life apart from God, God will not force them to live inside His protective Grace, on the contrary we know He will send strong delusions to those who are absolute in their decision to live in their perversion. That's the problem; so many in this world have decided they know better than God. If one's desire is this one precipice they've decided to die on, then God's not going to force them off. If you're heart is truly open, ask God to do whatever it takes (even if it's your very life) to get you right with Him. This country, and this world, is headed for very hard times unless there is a change, a change in the hearts of the people to turn their will and their live over to God. What so many perceive as an attack is just truth telling. So many are so concerned about feelings today they have decided to ignore the truth in exchange for not hurting one's feelings and jeopardizing the health of the deluded (spiritually, mentally and sometimes physically). I'm sorry if your feelings are hurt, but the truth doesn't care about feelings. If you touch fire you will be burned; regardless of how you feel. If you live immorally eventually it will catch up to you, if not in this life, then the next (which is what I fear for my homosexual friends and family). My children have to survive spiritually in a nation so beset with sin I have fear for their immortal soul lest they give heed to the perverse, they die in their sin and all hope is lost forever. So, you see I cannot remain silent and many like myself will not. I do agree with this though; "those seeking the truth need to be treated with love." Love the sinner hate the sin. Can we separate the two? Indeed we can.

So, I am a trans woman, I knew since I was 16, my mom figured it out around that same time I guess. I was home-schooled, raised in a Conservative Christian household, basically all of the stuff that people believe should prevent someone from being trans. Growing up I was probably the most masculine of all of my siblings, yet I was still the one that turned out to be trans. I waited until I was 25 to be sure, and paid for it all myself after HEAVY research. I immediately fell in love with a name that honestly isn't very different from my old name(from Matthew to Mattie, purposefully chose a name that could be considered gender neutral in case I ever found transition wasn't right for me). I am very respectful with my name and pronouns, I am openly trans at this point and at work mooost people use my new name and pronouns, but I am still very understanding that sometimes I will be misgendered and deadnamed. At home, at the request of my parents, I still use my old name and pronouns. Today I was visiting Catholic friends with my family, it was deadnaming all around, and it didn't bother me at all, I understand it is hard especially for a family that still has young kids that they maybe don't want to know that trans people exist yet. At this point in my life I can say I am overall happier than I have ever been, yeah transition didn't cure all my problems, I still struggle with the anxiety that I have had for my entire life, but I am finally happy with who I am. But now I have the question, after leaving churches when I was 17, I am like, very interested in the Catholic faith. I was raised Lutheran and jumped around a bit before deciding to figure myself out first, and during that time the rest of my family converted to Catholicism and became very devout. I am just not sure if I would even be allowed to convert since I am currently on HRT and considering surgery(purely for my own comfort, I am basically celibate as it is, I have never had interest in sex lol). I am hoping to talk to some Catholic friends and my old pastor, and would love to talk to a priest, I am just not sure if the local priest is very well equipped to handle it, and he seems very busy so I don't want to bother him :)

"I am just not sure if I would even be allowed to convert since I am currently on HRT and considering surgery(purely for my own comfort, I am basically celibate as it is, I have never had interest in sex lol)" I would really urge you _not_ to get the surgery(-ies). From my observation, the complication rate is staggering, and even without any specific complications, there's significant diminishing of many functions (and I'm not even taking about sexual functions, but rather urethra/urinary problems, or other issues that affect that area, not just from the sexual function perspective but urinary and 'digestive' as well, because everything is close there). I don't think taking hormones in itself would be a hindrance into converting. Though you may be met with mixed reactions and opinions, from both laity and the clergy. The Catholic Church isn't 'affirming' per se, but the pastoral prescription is to be empathetic to situations like that, but be mindful that in practice the reactions may be a mixed bag, depending on the person, and if in doubt, try to seek what the actual teaching of the Church says. While it's not often easy, it's freeing. It's best to seek out a trusted priest/spiritual director and consult him. It may also be a confessor - although you don't confess prior to becoming Catholic, you may come to see a priest for the purpose of conversation. But I'd recommend not going to a first random priest in your situation, but sometime who seems trustful and open (by open I don't mean affirmative, because that's actually less relevant, but empathetic and open to the Holy Spirit). You also might inquire about RCIA and attend the preparatory course - the attendance alone isn't an obligation to convert/join the CC, so you may just go in in order to learn more and help you discern better. Which I think you're familiar with that, since you said some of your family have already joined the Church. I would strongly urge you to PRAY regularly. It's most important. Just you and your relationship with God, no one else in between. 📖You might read the Bible (look up the method of Lectio Divina). Catholic methods of reading the Bible/meditation upon it, may be a bit different than what you know from your upbringing (although Lutheran isn't that very far as some other Protestant traditions, so I don't know). 📿Since you're interested in Catholicism, pick up the Rosary and the Divine Mercy Chaplet!🧡 They're great prayers that will bring so much fruit in your life, I'm sure. Many problems or doubts in life we can't solve ourselves, but that's when we need the heavenly assistance! ⛪Last but not least, you may go to the Adoration! It's where the Blessed Sacrament is exposed. You may just come and pray, however you like. The Blessed Sacrament is also present in every tabernacle in the church, so even if not exposed, Jesus is present there in a very special way. If you have any specific questions or observations about celibacy, I may also try to answer. I am discerned celibate and it is part of my vocation - it's relatively rare, and not even most people who are celibate, are necessarily that as a permanent vocation. But I might be able to provide some hints for discernment or about celibacy (or also sexual ethics in the Catholic teaching, to a certain degree), etc., in case you're interested.

One more point, which is bit risky for me to write because you may not exactly like to hear it. So, do you think a girl who's anorexic should/would be not allowed to join the Church, because she's anorexic and still dieting? Would she have to stop in order to be received? Similarly, you struggle with gender dysphoria (I assume). The Church isn't for perfect people, it's a hospital for sinners and for wounded people (and many of our wounds aren't because of our sins - that's what is often said - but are inflicted by other or life circumstances, or other reasons, but without our culpability). God is btw the best therapist. So that's why prayer and growing in relationship with Him is most important. I may not know where and how He would like to lead _you_ but whatever His path is, will turn out the best.

I'm also trans and I have catholic family but I can't talk to them because they more or less disowned me for being trans. One of my good friends is getting married and his parents (who are catholic) more or less are not showing up because he's not marrying a woman but someone who's non-binary. The church's official stance is more or less to not accept our identity as being real but as being a sin against god. Mostly because we are going against God's intentions for what we should be. Which to them is a straight cis person. There are Catholics who care for our wellbeing but they also see our transness as being not real. Maybe you will find the one or two pastors who will accept that identity as being real but most don't. They are kind, but kindness and recognition are two different things. My friend btw is still catholic but it's hard being at odds with the church and still catholic. There are Christians who accept our identity, an example being the Episcopal church in the US. But it's hard being Christian and trans ngl. Being either driven from your home or having to cut off family members just is the worst. I often wish Christians would be kind and do their research on who we are and what we need. And not ignore the data on the benefits of transitioning for us. I'm not catholic or Christian anymore because of their ignorance and them 'using the word of god' to condemn our existence. But I hope you find accepting, kind, and loving people.

This is happening on a large scale now. Families are being torn apart. Satan is having a hayday. When children don't believe they are loved and leave the family because of often outside interference, there is an agenda. May God intervene. May parents be wise, loving and give their child the truth and love. Hopefully in time, young people will see the truth. Unfortunately, for many, grave damage has already been done. Bad times.

When you don’t affirm them they think you don’t love them and they threaten suicide. I will never give in to the normalization of this because it’s against God. It’s a very no win situation though for our relationships with our kids.

They say the world is overpopulated so they are pushing the gay agendy to keep numbers down. It's not what God wants for us. It will make your children lonely in adulthood as no one wants to sleep with a tranny when they can have a real woman. Coming from a gay man I pnly know to well as I wish my thoughts were different.

@@mick1gallagher Not all are born that way. And anyway, some people are born with diseases or disfigurements. You can’t really say God wanted to make them that way. We all have crosses to bear, maybe homosexuality is a cross to bear and not an excuse to indulge in sin. This is my opinion just like your words are your opinion. And Satan can induce people to fall into all kinds of sins. The cure is always turning your life over to Jesus. When you come to truly surrender to Him, sinning becomes repugnant.

Great conversation. I saw that this was going to be the next big push years ago. I told my Wife, “You watch, your television shows will be pushing this stuff.” I have a Niece who now identifies as a boy. She has changed her name twice. My Mom tries to play the game and last Thanksgiving accidentally called her by the wrong pronoun twice. They then cut themselves off from the Family. My Mom was trying so hard. They are not Catholic. In her case, she was raised on YouTub and was influenced at a young age by some of the personalities. She asked her parents to take her to the “Pride” parades and my Brother and his Wife have been taking her and their youngest for years now. So I confirm what your guest said about kids falling into this stuff by their consumption of KZbin.

If the Church buys into this, you know there will be some who will say that they should be able to become Priests and if the Church recognizes them as men, then the Church will have opened themselves up to this. If the next letter in the LGBTQ… is “P” (or “MAP”) what will the Church then do? Canonize Priests who’ve been accused of inappropriate relations with children? I’m being hyperbolic, but as you guys mentioned, the Church should have addressed this a long time ago.

26 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their [i]women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the [j]men, leaving the natural use of the [k]woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; 29 being filled with all unrighteousness, [l]sexual immorality, wickedness, [m]covetousness, [n]maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, 30 backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 [o]undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, [p]unforgiving, unmerciful; 32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

In the year 2002, we had to make a decision that one parent will leave the job and look after our kids. It was a tough and long thought-out decision. But we finally, made the decision after much prayer, fasting and even arguing that one parent MUST stay at home to look after the kids. I have 3 kids…I had 2 then. Today after 20 years when I look back at that decision, I say I am truly blessed even though the decision was never so easy, and we had to go through some tough times esp. with our finances. But we DO NOT regret that decision today because we can see how strong our kids have become despite the onslaught of the world, media and even at times leaders of the Church misguiding them. So, the answer to this problem that we face in our society is not simple. But we can lay our finger on some important phases in our lives or in the life of the society at large. I believe that parents must take responsibility for what happens to the children. A good tree produces good fruit. And if a tree is bad then make it good. Most of the time, we as parents are largely responsible for the dilemma that our kids are facing because we were never there. We were busy earning money, chasing careers, fixing problems etc. We rarely had time to tell them about God and the teachings of the Church. Now, we find ourselves in a tight spot. Parents are the first teachers of the children. But the media, schools and even the government became their first teachers and so they have been indoctrinated from childhood with certain ideas and philosophies. I remember my kids would often come to me with various questions and ideas and thank God I was at home to answer it. Moreover, I had the opportunity to see what they were doing daily from close quarters. We threw the TV out of the house in 2003. I gave my kids high speed broadband and told them they can watch good Christian stuff and kept them away from the trash and rubbish on the internet. Supervision became the norm. They knew the parent was around to watch what they were watching. And if they did get into something bad then as a parent, I would sit with them and talk. The other problem with us as parents is that we often don’t pray. And we rarely pray together as couples. A family that prays together stay together. That does not mean such families won’t have problem. But God becomes the central part of all their doings and being. Having a family meal together at least once in day should be encouraged. Because it is here that we share our thoughts, and we are best of ourselves. Never allow kids to rule the home. Many parents are afraid of their kids because they know how to bully their parents. In my home even after 20 years…the lights go off at 10.30 pm with exceptions. Set rules for your home right from the beginning. Don’t allow kids to rule the home. Fathers are called to be leaders of their family to lead and guide the family. The Church too has let us down big time…look at the Church hierarchy today. They are afraid to tell you the truth. This priest was firm in what he believed but even he was very careful of what he said. Today if the kids find themselves in such a situation it is not because they are at fault. The first people are the parents…they are at fault…next it is the Church. But we never take responsibility for our failings we try to sugar coat it like the priest did today. Mind you, he is an excellent priest for the time and place he lives in. But more forthcoming is required. Let us call a spade a spade and not an agricultural equipment. We have learnt the art of public speaking but not God speaking so to say. Sorry if I sound rude but that’s not my intention at all. But as a parent I have always turned to God in repentance when my kids have turned away from the truth and did what is wrong. Even to this day I never blame them first…I take full responsibility as a parent and ask God to forgive me. We have pampered our kids with gifts, money, devices etc. and allowed them to do what they want rather then what they need to. Allowing children to have free access to things in the home in the name of privacy and giving space to them has only backfired. Telling our kids that they can leave home after a certain age and do what they want has caused so many heartburns. We have allowed our kids to be fashioned by the norms of the society rather than the norms of God. Do watch a movie called “Remember” It shows the situation of kids in 2050. But the point is how did we reach such a point. It was a slow and gradual change. We allowed society and government to shape our thinking and not the Bible or the teachings of the Church. The only way out is sincere repentance and doing exactly what God wants us to do. That does not mean we do not LOVE our kids. We do and we should. At all times and in all circumstances because that is how God loves us…unconditionally. But we need to be firm and clear too. Otherwise, they will think that we accept whatever they do and they will continue on the destructive path of life. Parenting is never easy. Ask the Father in Heaven, how difficult parenting is! And yet He does not hesitate to tell us the hard things of life and call us back to HIM in repentance. That’s what good parents do…they love unconditionally and yet do not compromise out of FEAR. But rather take a STAND and ask God to intervene and trust me God does SHOW UP. I can tell you from my experience of being home for the last 20 years. TRUST and PATIENCE are the key virtue a parent should ask the good LORD to grant us. Assuring you of my prayers to all the parents who struggle and requesting your prayers for my family. Thanks, and God bless us all. Grace to all who have an undying love for Christ. Ave Maria.

The topic is very relevant and was extensively discussed. Thank you, Fr and Ken. The root cause of why this concern accelerated during the pandemic was the influence of social media. I agree with Fr that children are not supervised during the online studies. On top of what Fr advised us parents, on how to handle this very sensitive issue, we should improve our prayer life and add mortifications to our daily prayers. We have a big problem, yes, but we have a much bigger and greater God who will not drop the ball on us. More prayers, open communication and mortifications.....

Consider the possibility that gender dysphoria is not really understood scientifically or psychologically. I wonder why we can accept all kinds of “disabilities” and find that people with disabilities can find a place in the world but a “two spirited” person cannot? This is actually valued in some cultures I am a Catholic mom of a trans gender grown woman. I am troubled by the way in which spokespersons for our Church tend to speak about this issue as a choice. I did not see that with my child. There was strong evidence of prenatal hormone issues and physiological evidence that she was born this way. That does not constitute a choice. She experienced “discomfort “ all her life. I hold with Church teaching on all these matters. (Gay “marriage” etc.) ,But I don’t find any actual helpful advice in these discussions because of the assumptions that are made about what it is to be trans. I have NO DOUBT that some are choosing. But in my experience it is not always a choice. I agree wholeheartedly that families are being undermined in their children’s lives in school. It all began when the state began to teach our children sex ed Comically called “family life education”. Which our family fought against. We eventually homeschooled. It is a complicated and emotionally charged issue that requires compassion and understanding. I am learning to live with some ambiguity in my life. I know That God created my child and holds her In His heart. And seeks her every day.

Before retirement, I was a therapist and I remember interviewing a young "M to F" transgender person who, during the interview said, "Gee, maybe I should have remained a boy." So, I do think it is wise not to let a young person rush into a decision that is irreversible. But at the same time, I deplore the fact that the whole transgender issue has been politicized. The Christ of Catholicism is certainly more compassionate than the career ecclesiastical bureaucrats who claim to represent Him. These people who feel they are "non-binary" or "transgender" are suffering because they are marginalized by society. I don't really think it is "Christian" to kick them while they are down!

Coming from a gay man I can honestly say that being gay, transgender is a lonely road to walk down, God doesn't want this for us so if someone transitions then no one will want to be with that person in a relationship, it just doesn't happen a d being gay is hard also as men want a release then they move on. Where is the love? The family? Its not there. Don't let your kid transition, they will regret it one day.

If a child comes to you and asked to be transitioned, just be honest to your child(good and evil in the world)and pray pray and pray for your child. Only God can change the child's mind and as a parent it is our responsibility to pray the Rosary every day for our children. They were placed in our care as parents so we need to be honest and start at toddler to talk to them about God so that when they grow to go to school they know already about God.

I think the presentation is wonderful. Although I do agree with all of the answers, I do think in humility it would have been helpful to also have someone on the program who is actually experiencing gender dysphoria, or who is thinking of possibly transitioning. What I have been hearing so far, is answers from Catholic theologians and ministers, who are not experiencing gender dysphoria. Perhaps an offer to a Catholic psychiatrist to be a guest speaker I just think there needs to be more people included in the discussion as answers are discovered, realized, and explained.

Ken this meeting was certainly reflecting what Our Holy Virgin Mother tells us about her adversary, the red dragon. More than ever all parents are in my personal prayers to face such confusion and I have no doubt about the real existence of satan within this act of confusion to only challenge the love we have for our children. Do we fight against our own flesh and blood? Martial arts have many lessons in philosophy and I am no genius, however, we need to join the power coming toward us with total concentration to join the punch that is coming straight into our face and join it from the side to embrace its force and find a way to re-direct that attack. It makes a lot of sense to pray the Rosary, Divine Mercy, and the chaplet with the 14 stations of the cross that you and Jenelle present so well with such devotion. We need to challenge the red dragon with the most powerful weapon we have "The Holy Rosary" to encourage and help our Holy Virgin Mother in showing us HER powers that SHE obtains from Our Formidable Creator. "God is The King Of Kings" and as Fr. John Riccardo explains in his presentation of "Hope" when as funny as he says it, when John and Peter the apostles are on the boat in a tempest, scared to death, they ask Jesus who was asleep to save them from drowning. Fr. John Riccardo is so accurate in revealing clearly, to state that Jesus is listening, Jesus is with us and all we need to do is 'TRUST' and "ASK" or "BEG" if we must for immediate change. This is beyond our control. demons are powerful beings and we need the Supernatural LAW of GOD to intervene. We have no solution or the capacity to do this on our own. Please do a presentation on the MUST of the prayers of the "Holy Rosary" and "Divine Mercy" prayers in the family and by individuals or in cenacles. Two people become a cenacle in prayers. Let us join together and do this, please. Our Holy Ever-Virgin Mother tells us that with prayers of the Holy Rosary, we can even stop and prevent wars. This is an ongoing Atomic war. Thank you.

Children are children. They do not have any concept of these kinds of things. Children pretend to be superheroes and other fictional characters all the time. They are just expressing their imagination. As parents we need to loving affirm who they Really are.... They are God's children. God created them Male and God created them Female. When God created them he numbered every hair on their head. He designed them perfectly. God does not make mistakes. If you have a boy who comes to you and says that he feels anything other than Himself, you need to ask Why he has come to this conclusion? Most of the time it is a funny reason like he just wants to play with a toy or something. And then you can reaffirm that he is a boy made in the image of God. And that God designed him with perfect intentionality. And just because he wants to play with the toy that doesn't change that. Boy are boys and Girls are girls this is a scientific and biological proven fact. And this is the way that God made it. Because God is good. The question that is the question God's goodness. And it shows a lack of trust in God. Suicide rate amongst Transgender people goes up in communities that support these harmful ideologies. And over a 10-year period between 70% to 90% of people that transition regret it. And they want to reverse something that cannot be reversed in alot of cases. Truly loving someone involves affirming who they are in reality, That they are who God created them to be, not going along with a lie that will cause them harm. God bless you and know that God loves you.

When children are 18 they leave the house go do their thing if they want. But how in heavens name can’t you lead and direct a young child in the right direction? It’s the parents who must be crazy in my opinion. They must have no moral background or teachings…How can you not know how to respond? That’s ridiculous! It’s either right or wrong end of discussion! Good grief!

Joan of Arc: A Revolutionary Figure in Gender Norms and a Symbol for Transgender Inclusivity Joan of Arc, a peasant girl who led French troops to pivotal victories during the Hundred Years' War, remains one of history's most enigmatic and revolutionary figures. Her life and actions defied the traditional gender norms of her time, presenting a unique case for understanding how gender roles can be transcended. This essay argues that Joan of Arc's defiance of societal expectations and her embodiment of roles traditionally reserved for men position her as a significant figure in challenging gender norms. Furthermore, by examining her life through a contemporary lens, it becomes evident that Joan of Arc's legacy can be seen as an ally for transgender individuals, advocating for the fluidity and self-determination of gender identity. Joan of Arc and Gender Norms in Her Time Joan of Arc's life in the early 15th century was characterized by stark gender expectations. Women were expected to remain in domestic roles, contributing little to public or military spheres. Joan’s extraordinary rise to military leadership directly challenged these norms. As a young woman, she claimed divine guidance and took on the mantle of a military leader, donning male attire and participating in battles-roles traditionally reserved for men. Her actions were not merely symbolic; they had a tangible impact on the course of the Hundred Years' War. By stepping into a male-dominated arena, Joan redefined what was possible for women in her era, making her a revolutionary figure in the context of gender norms. Joan of Arc and Contemporary Gender Perspectives From a contemporary perspective, Joan of Arc’s story can be seen through a lens of gender fluidity and self-determination. While she did not explicitly identify as transgender, her life and actions reflect themes that resonate with modern discussions about gender identity. Joan's choice to wear male clothing and lead troops can be interpreted as a rejection of the rigid gender binary that constrained her. Her ability to navigate and redefine gender roles highlights the possibility of transcending traditional categories. Furthermore, Joan of Arc's insistence on her divine mission and refusal to conform to societal expectations exemplifies a form of gender expression that challenges normative constructs. In this light, her story can be viewed as an early example of someone resisting imposed gender norms and asserting a personal identity that did not conform to societal expectations. This resonates with the experiences of many transgender individuals today, who often face similar struggles in asserting their identities in a world that rigidly enforces gender binaries. Joan of Arc as an Ally for Transgender Individuals Joan of Arc's defiance of gender norms and her embodiment of roles traditionally reserved for men can be seen as an early form of allyship for those challenging gender expectations. Her legacy provides a historical precedent for understanding and embracing gender fluidity. By asserting her place in the military and public sphere despite societal resistance, Joan demonstrated that gender should not limit one's opportunities or roles in society. In modern times, Joan of Arc's story can be a source of inspiration for transgender individuals and advocates. Her life exemplifies the courage to challenge and redefine gender expectations, aligning with contemporary values of gender inclusivity and self-determination. Joan’s legacy encourages the recognition and acceptance of diverse gender identities, reflecting a broader understanding of gender as a spectrum rather than a fixed binary. Conclusion Joan of Arc's challenge to the gender norms of her time and her revolutionary role as a military leader have cemented her status as a historical figure who defied expectations. When viewed through a contemporary lens, her life and actions resonate with the principles of gender fluidity and self-determination, making her an important figure in the discussion of transgender inclusivity. Joan of Arc’s legacy offers a powerful example of how breaking free from traditional gender roles can inspire and support broader movements for gender equality and acceptance. Her story remains a testament to the enduring struggle for gender justice and the possibility of transcending societal constraints.

"I make for myself, whatever existence I want". Having just watched a discussion on the 7 deadly sins, would this not suggest that the insistence that people be allowed to change who and what they are can be regarded as the sin of "pride"? I just don't understand the focus and I session of condemnation. That is something only the "elect" few in the Bible give attention to. Even Jesus himself spoke of it only in a few instances. We are living in a world of condemnation obsession and I don't know why. Also, the history of the west over the last 150 years has been in condemnation of such matters. Supposedly this concern rests in "subjective" self definement that here is declared to go back to the formulations of the "civil contract" and yet, that view has done nothing but condemn those inward experiences. Somehow the review of it recalls that this is to blame. Why did this "subjectivity" over the last 500 years result in condemnation of sex and gender variance?

Christians have strayed from the Word of God and accepted worldly doctrine. The scripture says we are to cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the Word of God. The battle is in the mind and these thoughts and subsequent feelings are from the enemy. Satan goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. Hmm, Father says some interesting things. So, if God brings me into this world, and chooses who I am, and how I am, it certainly lends it a blessing to be someone affected by mental illness, rather than being "cursed" or as Ken might say, denied God's "love". My mental illness affects my faith as I struggle to be more than the Lord's fair weather friend. It is good to have it affirmed that really, viewing mental illness as a particular blessing from the Lord, as a share in His suffering, in faithful hope of one day being able to share in His resurrection. I know this was a video about Gender Transitioning, but that was my personal takeaway from this video. I personally think that transitioning should not be available to anyone under 18. The mind is not fully developed, so making an irreversible choice at a too young age doesn't make logical sense, apart from any Church's teaching. As Father says, a child suffering, not knowing who they are, what they are, should be met with love first of all. Love one another as I have loved you. That is our instruction from God.

Remember this flows from the new ecumenism of the V2 church/sect (no, no, no, don't try to convince the other of your faith, it is a grave sin against ecumenism: Francis has stated many times). Which is a direct contradiction to Christ's final teaching at the ascension. If you believe that non-Catholics can be saved outside the Catholic Church, as the V2 church/sect states, you are only a thought away from believing that all will be saved, universal salvation! If so, why worry about your children? They will be saved too, right? But in truth, you know in your heart, in your soul, in your mind, they will not be saved. So it is, the antichrists of the V2 sect will always mock the Catholic Church and will always push Satan's agenda.

Satan is jealous of God and wants to be like God in a sense of Power and adoration, but not identical such that he would be "good". We are made in the image and likeness of God, and we have gender. Satan and all angels (at the beginning) were created all at once, they don't need gender as they don't reproduce. Satan wanting adorers like himself, as God has creatures made in his image and likeness, wants genderless beings taken from God, and that is what this gender dysphoria does. Sex transition surgery and the misuse of hormones destroys the ability to be fruitful and multiply, but then applies cosmetic surgery to allow a lie to be convincingly portrayed to the world. A person is still XX or XY but has twisted themselves as created to be merely an image (without the substance) of what they think they desire. Satan gets neutered people not following the will of God, but following his will to destroy the intent and works of God. Make no mistake, it is at its root demonic. A good tree produces good fruit as scripture says, and God tell us to be fruitful (even the Hail Mary talks of the Fruit of her Womb), but this causes bad fruit, in fact sterility (no good fruit) is the result when it is fully carried out.

I would love to go to a Catholic church and experience it but I am a transsexual so I have no idea how it would be, but people seem to not know and I've been like this for about 7 years now. I don't buy the crazy doctrine metaphysics stuff these days that's going around everything with 'us people'. I'm from a Church of England sort of circle (it feels extremely normal to me): - I wake up. - I go to my room - I open the Book of Common Prayer - I read the collect of the week - I pray the rosary before or after reading (but seem split on the 4th and 5th glorious mysteries; so typical) - I read the Trinity parts at the start of the Liturgy - I might read the Psalm for the morning or not (before or after the rosary) - I read a morning reading (before or after the rosary) - I read the collect of the week - Then I start my day ~ Evening - I read the collect of the week - I read the evening reading that matches and follows on from the morning one - I might pray the rosary if I won't fall asleep - I might read the Psalm for the evening or not (before or after the rosary) - I read the collect of the week I just wouldn't want to be disrespectful or to cause any sort of scandal, or cause tension or anger within people or anything.
