Great video! I am currently in a Technical Support Analyst position. I am looking to transition from that role into a Windows Administrator/System Administrator role. I have 7 years experience in Technical Support I. I have A+, MOS Outlook, HDMI, MCIPT certs. Trying to land a Windows Administrator/System Administrator position before March of 2018.

your way of explanation is good but your presentation is not good ,i like the way you explain it is very clear and understood but the way the way you presented it in your pic is a messy
