Chicago has signed a $29.3 million contract with GardaWorld Federal Services LLC for “migrant temporary housing” to get more than 2,000 migrants off the floors of police stations and the city's airports and into giant tent cities before temperatures drop.

I make 2400 a month, the governments said I'm making too much on disability. They took my wife off my Medicare last month (August). We had to canceled all of her Dr's appointment, she's been battling with lupus n other illnesses for over 10 years now. 3 years ago her visions was so bad, she had to quit her dentist care coordinator job after 20 years. The eye drops only cost 6k every quarter. These illegal immigrants gets $2500 a month with free health care, housing, foods, transportations n etc. WTF

I really suspect that they are building a big migrant tent nearby in the Old Town/Lincoln Park neighborhood. I can see what they are doing in that empty lot from my balcony. Can you guys help find out? It’s the empty lot of the former Near North high school right across the Noble Academy. They are supposed to build affordable housing there, but what they are doing right now looks more like laying the ground for a big migrant tent than a housing complex. The city is doing this in such a sneaky way without notifying anyone in the neighborhood and it’s just outrageous. Residents have a right to know so they can at least be (mentally) prepared. There are already migrants gathering/living nearby and asking customers in line at the Jewel-Osco to pay for them but I don’t see any news coverage about it either.
