Please clean your dslr camera sensor (or take it to a camera shop for a cleaning). There are 3 very large black spots on your video that can be clearly seen at :10 (physical dust on your sensor), 2 in the far left-middle area and 1 in the right-upper area. DO NOT BLOW INTO YOUR CAMERA WITH YOUR MOUTH. Buy a sensor cleaning kit and watch a youtube video or 2 on how to use it. Glad to see everything coming along!

Thanks for the tips, it was just on the uv filter and I forgot to wipe it before I recorded the first few bits. That’s why it disappeared shortly into the video.

I have a old blueberry bush in the dark area of my lot that’s probably 15’ tall and stalks about 3-4” in diameter that I want to move to my garden area. When did you cut out yours and how large of a root system should I take with it? I live in 6a zone a few miles off Lake Michigan. Any tips would really help and I’d appreciate it too. Thanks 🙏

Blueberries tend to be shallow rooters.. but I’m not familiar with the more northern species. I’m in Mississippi. I’d guess at least 2’ down and 2’ past the drip line. Early spring or late fall.

@@YouCanMakeThisToo holy cow I have a lot of digging this fall! Drip line is 6’. Thanks again.

I wouldn't mind picking up a few blueberry plants for myself. Still think a test pour of berry limbs, leaves and flower would be interesting. The resin stops wood rot so it should stop possible decay of the flowers? Just a thought. Stay safe and good luck.

I really like this idea, just gotta figure out the right project to put something like that in.

What time of year did you transplant these? I'm wondering what is the best time for it. I have 3 mature plants that need to be moved.
@YouCanMakeThisToo Жыл бұрын
Ideally during the dormant period. So late fall to mid spring. Fall is often better as it gives the plants some time over winter to get established before dealing with summer heat

How much did the Blueberry bushes cost?

Think they ended up being around $12 a bush

Very jealous :), I've one small blueberry bush in my small garden and the damn thing gets grumpy every now and then and refuses to fruit despite all the care and attention I give it, hope you and the family all get to enjoy bumper crops in the coming years, new channel "You can make this Blueberry jam too" coming soon, take care.
