Watching his videos has helped me tremendously to improve my snatch technique and I am able to see the difference. Was able to snatch more confidently after following his guidelines, and without the bar falling in front or behind even a single time. Amazing coach, he is.

1. non saltare troppo alto, ci perdere il bilanciere e la sensazione 2. ricorde sempre di muovere ghi piede cosi, non troppo largo ma in buono posizione per fare uno squat. 3. quando stai riscaldando per fare i movimente non usare tutta la tua potenza finché non raggiungi il 70%.
