Not really, in many places the nutritional information says the amount of carbs and of them how much is sugar, it probably has some type of flour to fry them with.

@@yungboy4216 In this context I'd say that it's a lot, given that it's a bag of literally "fried sugar". Other things that contain about 7 g of protein: 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of cooked black beans.

Connor, the reason why we eat ramen raw (or at least with me) is because I will make cooked ramen and the noodles will fill me up so fast that I can't finish it. When you eat it raw it's like a little perfect snack that will hold you over to a later meal.

I was never personally a big fan of eating cup noodles uncooked in Australia, however, many other people did eat it that way when I was a student. That said, someone ate 🥝 whole, skin and all, so I’m not sure I trust people’s tastes.

When it comes to junk food, Japan is still splashing around in the shallow end of the pool. Of course I'm saying this from a country that thought a deep fried Twinkie was too healthy, so decided to turn it up a notch by putting a stick of butter on a skewer and deep frying it.

Hopefully that they are joking because they can't not know that white sugar is basically refined sugar that doesn't have any other benefits in it. Which is one of the reason why brown/black or what ever color sugar it is. They are much more expensive due to it having more nutrition then white sugar.

Have you guys actually read the back of a Raman packet? Raman is definitely not good for you, but the worst thing is the sodium content. A single pack of Raman has 1540mg of sodium, which is 69% of your daily intake. You guys make it sound like eating Raman is as bad as eating an entire chocolate cake.
