I appreciate your willingness to share. Meets a need in me for support. Hearing truth. Being like wow I’m not alone. A need for learning (rage has shame in it and powerlessness! Thank you). Connection with community and inspiration. And for seeing a woman speaking. I am grateful to you Patricia

I have recently learned I have been suffering with CPTSD since age 15 (I'm 47 now.) Decades of talk therapy have left me understanding more, but unmoved, and in about the same place emotionally as I was then: nothing resolved, but becoming bitter and angry in the present, and with multiple semi-serious physical ailments. This was pure gold. The story of the boy having his courage and brush with death honoured and acknowledged in that way brought tears. In the West, we go through life-shattering long or brief experiences, and we just 'get over' it, or we're told to by someone! How did we lose our loving ways?

Thank you! This truly touched my heart. I’m from the Ganhada tribe and Kitkatla as well. Such an honour to learn.

Thank you so much, I grew up in an Asian family/Mexican so I learned we deal with guilt and shame. Have you ever witness someone heal from abandonment trauma?

Hi Daniel. Yes. I have had the honour of witnessing many begin the healing journey of retrieving their authentic self from banishment.

I can’t barely hear you, plus it’s sluggish and when I see I am not paying attention due to the lack of tone. It’s needed some tone up!
