I really liked the concept of appreciating your bodies/mind trauma response for what it is. Inherently it thinks it’s protecting you. Just not efficiently. 🙌🏻

Amazing! Two beautiful, intelligent, kind, and articulate men. Thank you! I love following work by both of you. The compassion and concern in your voices brings the information right to my heart.

Such a great episode. I liked how sexuality was truthfully addressed in how it relates to trauma and the concept of calm power. Excellent articulation

Thank you so much for this. It definitely came at a moment I needed to hear it. I would love to hear more about coming out at a later age and the struggles of growing up programmed to be a "normal" boy.
