I adore black too. It’s a can’t fail color! It’s so funny that you say that yellow looks good on me! I adore yellow & it’s my favorite color but I have never worn it until now because I always thought it looked horrible on me! I decided I wanted to brighten up my wardrobe and just gave it a shot and found out that I like it!

Thank you! ☀️Believe me I know how much color can affect us! Don’t get me wrong, I love black and I think it looks good on pretty much everybody but it can get depressing. After my son died six years ago I found myself wearing a lot of black. Maybe it was reflecting my mood but it seems like recently I am gravitating towards some color again. Yellow has always been my favorite color but I didn’t wear it much because I didn’t think it look good on me! Thank you so much for the compliment because it really boosted my day!

You have probably noticed this as well, but I find that the tone and strength of the color makes all the difference. For instance, I know I don't look good in yellow is that lean towards warm orange, but if it's more of a cooler tone, I might be able to get away with it. May you be ever blessed and comforted, and please keep wearing those wonderful colors! 🌹

I feel the way about blue that you feel about yellow! In fact sometimes I pack navy and white rather than black and white. But your ideas can be applied to any colour, which is great! You can make so many great things with navy blue and white! And I think the navy blue is not as hard as a black sometimes! Yellow looks wonderful on you Eunice. I don't do many neutrals, even for travel, my usual travel pallette is navy and coral. I have short hair so don't have any of the hair bling to add colour, but I wear a lot of sheer scarves and sheer fashion wraps. There's a Canadian company that makes sheer wraps featuring Native Canadian artists. I have several of their pieces. They always gain lots of admiring comments and start some interesting conversations.

Thank you! It has been my favorite color since I was a child but I always thought I looked horrible and yellow so I never wore it. But something told me this year to wear something bright and my favorite color so I decided to give it a try. That color makes me feel happy!

Thank you! I wear a hat every single day. Mostly because I don’t usually wear sunscreen every day so I try to protect my face somewhat from the sun. It was a little hard to get used to wearing hats because I thought I looked a little weird in them. But now I wear one every day!

I don't really wear hats because I'm almost always warm and of course they just lock in the heat, but when you added your bucket hats to the outfits you showed us, it just took them to a whole new level! 💕

Hi. I’ve only just started watching your videos but had to say, I loved this video. It’s taken me many years before I got the idea of black & white only for traveling. I used to always wear black for traveling as I thought it was simple to co-ordinate. Yes it was but boring to me now. I loved this video & all your inspirational ideas as I’m doing a few trips this year & got my black & whites but decided I wanted colour too as just black & white can be a bit harsh on me anyway & the world is full of beautiful colours! I loved your happy yellow accessories etc. I do like yellow but don’t wear much of it. I thought I might opt for a hot pink. All your ideas lend themselves to any colour we choose & that’s why I think your video is so great. Thank you.

Thank you so much!! I traveled for business for many years and only wore black white and gray. So much so that my neighbor asked me if that was all that I wore! Now I like to look for fun ways to add little pops of color to my travel wardrobe because I do so much traveling that’s outside of work as well. I especially like to coordinate the different colors of the seasons. So this bright yellow is perfect for summer! And I never thought I could wear bright colors but I think as long as I told them down with some neutrals it works well.
