Great info !! Love watching your videos I indeed was asking for my husband to come because I am having surgery and wanted him to be here for me for that but we got word it would take longer to get approved and I would already have had my surgery so yea we just gave up asking 🤷🏽‍♀️ so thank u for this video 🙏🏽

This is great info, thank you for sharing. I am following your videos, they're very helpful. I am a US citizen and my Mom is visiting me currently on Tourist visa valid till March 2023. I have filed form i -130 online and yet to receive receipt notice. Mom has not made any decision to file form i -485 yet. We have plans to visit Mexico for 4 days. Can my Mom visit Mexico with us and return back to the USA? Any helpful tips or suggestions highly appreciated!! Thank you.🙏🙏

No you can’t, if you enter on a tourist visa you can’t have intent to stay, if you try to get married while there that will show you entered on I’ll- intent

So I have a question. So my husband is currently in Nigeria and of course I just happened to get pregnant the last time I saw him which is about 5 months ago. Anyway I am having a really tough pregnancy and my doctor is taking about serious complications for me and the child. Is there anyway he can get to America faster? I filed i130 for my spouse on greencard base and it is still pending. Now I am a US citizen and also my wife got b1b2 visa. Can she come here on visitor visa and can I file for spouse visa or adjustment of status once she is here and stay here until she gets greencard? What is the best possible step?

Hi! That was a very informative video, thank you. I have a question though. I'm waiting for my K-1 visa and in the meantime, my fiance and I are planning to meet in Mexico. Can I change flights in the US without any issue? I would have to transfer in Houston, but I'm not sure if that would count as an entry and would be a problem for my case at all. Thank you:)

Can I file I-130 and while then file for a K-3 visa? If the K-3 visa gets accepted before the I-130, can my wife move to America? Once she’s in America, can we file for adjustment of status so she can stay until the green card is accepted?

No it’s an immigrant visa as you intend to immigrate, you just have to do another step (adjustment of status) once married

Can i travel to the US and wait for the approval there after filing an i130 from abroad? i had the intention to wait for the process in my country but since my spouse is sick and needing help, i would like to know if i can just go and wait for the process there... could i ask for an adjustment of status? or is it too late now that i already filed the i130? thank you

The only thing you can do is file the i129F and see is they will allow a K3 visa but there is still a processing time for that
