I love the brunch at La Cave! The short rib hash is my favorite and worth going for. Another favorite is the loaded tater tots. Your descriptions are spot-on.

I would not try it. Unless you can completely customize some of those dishes, ie, no tomato, no banana etc, then we would not enjoy it. Also when I think of a buffet, I think about more than 19 dishes to eat so that everyone can have whatever they feel like. I wouldn't necessarily call this a buffet, its an all you can eat of limited dishes.

Lol I was sitting behind you. Unfortunately, you got better service than myself and the people beside me. As a regular patron (not an influencer); I found they came around with the pancakes, waffles and french toast, grits about six times; whereas; the better menu items we had to ask for as they were never passed around, and this was at over the one hour point. In comparison, I would sooner go to the buffet and self serve.

Passed brunches IMO are elegant, relaxing and the best hands down. We have had many wonderful AYCE brunch buffets in my neck of the woods but only one was passed or butler style and it was the best in every way possible. Currently the brunch is served in three courses with four to five passed items. No fewer than seven offerings per course. Very upscale, plenty of variety and the finest of ingredients…a real treat. Unlimited Bellinis, mimosas, Prosecco and kir Royale. Nothing in the area compares.

It’s hard to get excited about Vegas when the MGM used to give you three buffets, a day and free valet parking, and no resort fees for 40 bucks! Those were the deals!

Unfortunately, we are going to the Wynn Encore mid April and won’t be there on the weekend. If we were, we would be all over that buffet.

Love La Cave! The atmosphere especially in the room with windows on all sides is so beautiful and civil. Only thing I didn’t particularly like was the short rib (found it to be a bit too salty).

I love your videos and don’t mean to nitpick, but the roll was not a Kaiser roll which is a round hard roll with or without poppy seeds. The roll you described was soft and looked nothing like the hard round roll that you would get in a NY bodega or deli for an egg sandwich

@@ksstatewildcatsfan 👍I see ciabatta, perhaps because of the shape, and soft onion roll sans the onion. Whatever it is it doesn’t look appealing and it’s definitely not a Kaiser roll. My intention isn’t to be anal, I’m just so tired of misinformation everywhere…Grateful I wasn’t attacked here which is status quo on most channels when I try to correct

Next time we go out there to visit my daughter, we will try this. The food looked amazing. And, like you said, sitting for god knows how long, under a heat lamp, really affects the quailty. The lamps dry food out. Makes the texture dry, spongy, runny, etc. Sauces separate, Having it delivered fresh to the table is a game changer! Yummmmmy. We will definitely give this a go. The only thing I would do differently is endless bubbles juice. I love.my brunch mimosas! 😂 Thank you for the great content.

It's nice to see that they have worked their kinks out. I have seen one other review several months ago when the brunch was brand new and they were having problems getting a variety of items to them, lots of repeats and they didn't get to try everything after an hour, which was the time limit at the time they were there. I don't know if there still is a time limit now or not since Ruby didn't mention it.
