There's something really special about watching this while eating a Japanese-seasoned sous vide pork steak myself, although theirs looks way more advanced! I'll have to check this place out next time I'm in Tokyo

Please be careful Pork that has been incompletely cooked at a low temperature cannot be cooked just by frying the surface with oil in a frying pan. I wonder if the fire is spreading evenly to the inside? If you have any concerns, please ask the staff to grill it well. It would be a good idea to ask

I dont like Brazil a lot. There is too much crimes, violence and corruption. Japan is much safer country.

Come to Serbia. Our food is not prepared in plastic bags. As things have turned out, in a few years we will be offered to eat plastic bottles and other waste. Raise your voice

RINSE/CLEAN THE MEAT 1ST🤦🏽♀️
@SurfsFlatTrader2 ай бұрын
Why!? Is it dirty??? They should dry it though so the spices stick better but rinse and clean is dumb.
The pork needs to be thoroughly cooked 👉 172 degrees F. And then it needs to rest for a good 20 minutes, so the excess juices exit the meat ! Now it's ready ! But not all cultures prepare or cook the same way ! Peace ☮️ !

The pork steak needs to be thoroughly cooked. That pinkish meat just makes me think of the terrible tapeworm. I wouldn't take the risk.

One of those videos , that I’m not a fan of all around. So much is wrong with what is being shown.

You mean to tell me that Japanese don't get trikinosous from eating raw pork????? No way that's cooked all the way through.

これは恒温調理(low temperature long time (LTLT) cooking)で65℃まで内部を加熱調理をして衛生基準的に問題ない調理をしています。たしかに真空パックをしてから調理をしている部分が映ってないので誤解を生むかもしれませんね。

They don't rinse the meat before prepping it, and then they pour the finished meat juices down the drain? That is all backward!

Do you rinse the marinade off of your meat before cooking? It is prepped and then packaged in seasoning and wet marinade, then vacu- sealed, then when opened, the marinade dumped, cut and then fried. There is nothing unsanitary about it. We didn't see the rinses before the marinade.
@azrobbins012 ай бұрын
@@rebelbelle62 I do not think you are correct. I think it is just meat sealed in plastic bags. If it was marinade, then it would be fine to not wash it, but that is not the case.

@anthonypsa1980 Bacteria grows from the outside in. Washing it off prevents it (and their toxic byproducts) from going into the food, and sends it down the drain instead. And yes, I rinse my meat.
@azrobbins012 ай бұрын
@anthonypsa1980 It is not the bacteria itself that I am concerned with, it is their byproducts that they leave behind as they eat the food that causes problems. If you have a bad steak that stinks because it is spoiled, cooking it will kill the bacteria, but it will not get rid of the spoilage. Spoilage is not a 0% or 100% thing. It happens slowly over time. It begins on the outside and travels inward, and it starts as soon as the animal is butchered. Washing the meat gets rid of most of the byproducts of whatever the bacteria has been consuming on the outside of the meat. The dead bacteria is not my concern, it is their "leavings" that are the poisonous part.
