Again a very nice clip! I love unagi and anago in Japan and eat it also because it is cultivated or semi-cultivated. In many other countries, like in Sweden, eel is disappearing completely because it is an endangered species. Never been to Yanagawa despite years in Fukuoka and the densha going all the way to there, my gf hates boats. But have bought eel from them in Iwataya, a bit pricey, but good. Also a good eel place on the 8th or 9th floor of Hakata station, but not 340 years old :-)) The place in the clip is a true gem. Arigato!
