I have a chronic illness (Sjogren's, an autoimmune disease) and deal with dysautonomia that affects my heart and practices that target the vagus nerve are helpful for me. I felt very relaxed after this gentle practice. I've been a fan, and student, of yin for 20 plus yrs. I sing the praises of your videos, especially to fellow Sjogren's patients. Thanks Travis. I had a seizure last night and of course the best prescription is stay in bed .. but my inner voice says let’s go within.. and this showed up..
