Let’s talk about the ref!! Perfect call to stop it! I watched the Mancini/Duk Koo Kim fight in 1982 and it affected me as a 12 year old kid. The ref never had a chance to stop that fight because both fighters were so fast. Great job ref in Ruiz victory

Refs these days get alot of abuse but my favourite ref ever was Mills Lane. No nonsense guy he let them fight and didn't spoil fights by constanstatly splitting them in the clinch. He used to say punch to get out. Legend that guy the best in my opinion.

His power carries into the later rounds. He won't panic if he suffers a knockdown. He just needs a trainer who won't let Andy be Andy outside of the ring.
