TRD Pro Grille Install for 2014-2019 Toyota 4Runner

Thanks for posting this. Of all the videos on the internet, your method for removing the upper grill helped the most. I was getting frustrated with the other methods and felt like I was on the way to breaking something.

The only thing I'd add is to clean the surface with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl 91%+) of any contaminants before heating it up. This is protocol for any double-sided tape. Great video. Well done. I need to do this for my 4R

@@zonkar You'll have to make some cuts to it and the bracket, but pretty easy to do with a Dremel.

The trd pro grill looks great but it’s so played out now. Literally everybody has it now. I was gonna do the mod but decided to just black out the toyota emblem. Still looks very good and just wanted it to look little different then everybody else I know who has done this mod.

You need to buy a 2020 OEM TRD grille with the upper piece as well from a dealership since that's the only one ive been able to find. Mine is arriving tomorrow and will hopefully put up a video of it.

Don’t listen to this guy. Don’t take the 4 clips out that are down behind the grille, they hold the bumper on, not the grille. You will damage your bumper trying to take the grille off if these clips are out.
