This is so amazing! I’ve been reading a lot about it and today I tried it, I did tremor but it was much smaller more like a vibration and just the upper inner thighs. My question is do I need to fatigue more (even though I feel like I did fatigue the muscles) or does it just get stronger every day? I felt like when I felt the tremor and then put feet down it stopped and I struggled to find it again. Thanks for your advice

Don't worry about how strong the tremors are. Just practice and let it happen naturally. Approach it with curiosity, not expectations. Some days might be subtle, some days might be stronger. Trust your body to know what you need.

Hi there! I watched your video with the exercises first. Then I watched this one second. I noticed that you didn't do the exercises in this one but you started shaking anyway in that position with the knees spread apart. Did you do the exercises before you did this video or do you get to a point where you don't have to do them anymore and you can just shake in the knees apart position? Thank you! I hope this modality helps me.

Great question, Rachael! When I made the first video, I didn't know the exercises but I tried tremoring anyway and was able to do it. After I began my training to become a certified provider, I learned the exercises and made the second video. It's perfectly fine to tremor without them if you're able to, but it's also good idea to go through them occasionally and observe how it affects your practice. Best of luck to you!!

@@tinyyogini Thank you for your reply. I had assumed that the tremering was happening from muscle fatigue from doing the exercises first. It sounds like that isn't necessarily so.

Hi, I just started doin these exercises. I have question dont you need to do those beginning routines to fatigue your muscles at this point anymore and can i do these exercises several times a day?

I have another video with the exercises. When I made this video, I'd been doing it on my own with no instruction and was still able to tremor. It's not recommended to tremor several times a day. The normal recommendation is every few days. However, I sometimes do it every day. 24 hours in between sessions is the minimum.

Hello Shala, I have an anxiety disorder. I've joined TRE from a year. But my problem is not solved all. especially gastric disorders. what do you think is wrong with the process I did?.

Hi Agus. I'm not a medical professional and therefore unqualified to diagnose or treat. Even as a TRE provider, I cannot comment on your process without knowing you as a client. I'd recommend talking to your doctor or therapist. Good luck!

Does it help with trauma that’s built up overtime?

The result of trauma on the brain is the same, regardless of the origin. As I mention in the video, it helps me and I have complex PTSD, which is trauma that's built up over time. But I can't guarantee anything. I'm not the doctor who invented it.
