I used to play amateur rugby, but I was way to slow for my position because I wasn't able to raise my knees (poor running posture, idk). now I'll try to improve my sprint technique, wish me luck

Why is the curved treadmill better for sprinting?
@TheSprintProject_3 жыл бұрын
Because its curves will automatically make you land on the forefoot which does the following: Creates a softer landing, more powerful foot strike, and helps you recover the foot faster. Also, you can control the speed without pressing buttons so you can slow down and speed up naturally like you would on the ground.

How many seconds may do a Single sprint 💃
@TheSprintProject_3 жыл бұрын
On the treadmill I prefer 30 seconds per sprint. Long enough to be exhausting, but not so short that you risk injury.

Thank you! Upload the video for motivation to sprint☺
