I've had tinnitus for about 3 months. I saw an ENT but he was useless. Audiologist said I have mild hearing loss. I'm a musician. I need to tune my instrument and the hissing is making it difficult. I saw an ENT, I believe on your channel, mentioning it can be related to the jaw or dental. I have a history of clenching my teeth. I've discovered that my jaw is sore right in front of my earlobes on the jaw line. I began massaging that area and within a day the hissing was reduced. I've continued that and I have mostly sustained relief for 5 days. Also, I've noticed that if the hissing becomes louder I put in an earplug for an hour or so and the tinnitus is very reduced. As if resting my ear helps. I'd say that so far I'm cautiously optimistic. It's not gone but down to maybe a 1.

Mild hearing loss with me after Covid one ear. Should have gone to Dr earlier to start steroids thought it would go away. Tinnitus was annoying at first then it got unbearable. Did just about every treatment but eventually a hearing aid and sound therapy got it under control. Protect your hearing now and try sound therapy. Good luck

I agree that for all the treatments , meditating , unattaching from the sound, not thinking about it, are the things that help most of all. If you get angry with it, always talk about it, we then attract it, it gets worse . Additionally, be as calm as possible. High stress levels compound the problem. Noisy restaurants and bars, full of glass, shrieking people, hard surfaces, are the worst !!

There are multiple root causes behind tinnitus, I have been told by ENT experts but most of them are only checking the ear membrane visually and if the membrane looks good, they claim that the tinnitus will stay in our head forever so recommending to get used to live together. Ok, it might be an issue of glue mucosa which the patient might not be aware of. So, my question why there is no digital imagining of middle ear is applied to see if there is a persisting fluid behind the ear which might blocking the ossicles. Well, I am thinking about this because my hearing tests are almost perfect for my age. The procedure of diagnosis could be updated ? this is what I really wonder. Btw, I kindly request you guys don't promote unnecessary expensive trial devices which claims reducing tinnitus because they only cover only very limited percentage of the root causes of tinnitus.

@@Peter-od7op Yes, I do have tinnitus at my both ear. I have been on cortisonsteroid medication and also Betaserc as well... The amplitude of the tinnitus is fluctuating and this gives me a hope that it might be related with otitis media in the middle ear. And also I have observed that the higher frequency pitch sound has been modified as being kind of lower frequency. Btw, I also monitor what I eat to make sure if there are any allergen can cause blocking my Eustachian tube... I have also observed that my nasal mucosa becomes sticky but not sure if I consume less water or not but I try to make it less sticky by drinking more water. I stoped taking unnecessary vitamins periodically, because there is no direct relevancy between them and tinnitus. I believe that focus should be on root cause other than symptoms. But, as most cases the ENT doctors are only focusing on the functionality of the ear system, that's is totally fine but they should bring digital imagining technics of the middle ear and see if there are any glue mucosa or any other issue are existing over there. The claim is that the fluid is behind the membrane, what if it is not sticking behind the membrane but the other side of the middle ear. Well, these are my personal understanding about my tinnitus issue. Oh, I cant pass how much the Manual lymphdrainage is important, you can apply by yourself and also chewing gum is kind of effective way of making your Eustachian tube functionality.

I listened to many helpful videos on your channel, also visited your website and read about the success stories. Considering your services will mostly be uncovered by health insurance, wouldn't it be better if you included some approximate numbers about the costs of the treatment? The 180 day program or anything else. Just to encourage patients to take your program? There is no mention about the costs in your website. Not even in the FAQ. Is it a secret?

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news, chances are you're quite late to the party, the idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

I would like to hear from people who have had it for a lifetime. I used to have a crinkly sort of sound that I sort of liked, but in the last 3 years it has become very loud. But when I did your little intake quiz, about anxiety and such, the result was virtually no impact. What is the difference? I would like to be able to hear silence, but I’m not feeling pushed to be upset. It would be interesting to explore what tips the balançe.

I would say that your nervous system is not affected by your tinnitus very much, which is very good. The goal of any tinnitus treatment is to turn bothersome tinnitus into non bothersome tinnitus. You sound like on a physical level it doesn’t bother you much, which would put you in the category non bothersome. The loudness you still experience may have a mental factor, meaning you have still not let go of your tinnitus completely. Chances are that your loudness will go down eventually. But again, if it doesn’t affect quality of life, the loudness is not important. Cheers, you will be fine!

@@douweodh4146 - I for sure would like it to go away! Or at least go back to the faint crinkle sound instead of sounding like an alarm ringing far away. If you still perceive your tinnitus frequently but you are now in a state where the sound is not emotionally triggering should you still play background sound therapy or just let the tinnitus play out? Which is better to achieve further habituation? Currently I feel like I think about my tinnitus 40% of the time but mostly I do not feel emotionally triggered. On occasion I feel more annoyed by it. If anyone has advice on this then would be very helpful for a response : )

No one knows how to treat tinnitus, don’t let any one con you into buying things that they claim will help you. One thing that does help me is listening to the tinnitus channels ,the “ SILKY “ noises , but don’t have it loud , it only needs to be very soft , if you have it loud ,it seems to go louder in your ears .
