This is so much better than one person trying to explore the differences between these two tools. Just what I needed, thanks

Just wanted to say that this video helped me decide to go with Trello even tho I got a paid version of Asana access from my company, I feel like Trello puts me more in a position to accomplish my tasks bec of the ease of use and I love the UI more than Asana. Also, Brittany, shoutout to you, I love how simple you explain things, the analogies you used were helpful and I started building my Trello just now (I modeled after yours!) so thank you so much, you helped me accomplish something today! I really want to hear more from you abt Trello so I subscribed and followed your channel!) Hope you post more abt Trello for beginners. Thank you again guys, this was super helpful.

Paul, what are your thoughts on Asana vs Trello for architecture firms? Each project flows through the major benchmarks. (new lead, contract signed, preliminary design, schematic design, construction documents, bidding, permitting, construction administration) However if we get really granular, there will be hundreds of tasks for each project along the way. Ideally, we want to use a PM software for 3 things. 1. Project progress overall tracking for meeting deadlines. 2. Quality control check list - very granular. 3. Assigning team member tasks in 1 place instead of the old way - sending emails, sticky notes, text messages, etc.

Hi Shaun, looking forward to our call later this week. Obviously I'm biased but I think Asana is best. The ability to create Portfolios to see all your projects in one view is a really useful feature.
