I see videos of Trevor playing disc golf, I watch it. Simple as that.

I enjoy watching content like this because as an amatuer, I feel like you guys are at the next level I'd like to get to. Like yeah you didn't play great but that's how it goes sometimes, it's relatable. You got some putting lessons and that changes things and makes you think more when you're putting, and for me thinking while putting is a bad combo lol Anyways just wanted to encourage you to put out more videos like this.

I hate those days where you're not playing well, then you get frustrated because you're not playing well, then you get more frustrated because you know your mental state is making your game worse and you're playing with the "fudge its". Ugh, a negative spiral. I used to get this when mountain biking so I started putting smiley face stickers on my bikes to remind me that I was out there with the sole purpose of having fun. Sometimes you just have to stop and check out some nature, take a break and listen to some music, chat with a buddy, throw some goofy shots, etc. We feel for you, Trevor.

That is the most difficult thing to do after a lesson. Put in your routine and not falling back on old stuff when it is not going your way. Heh for us amateurs when it all comes together just ones in a year. That is all we can hope for!:):)

Take some notes from Paul McBeth putting Trev. When you do your downswing slowly like Paul does you get a lot more pop and control in your putt, but when you start to rush em with your downswing you will miss more. It's actually pretty weird that you do your downswing more the closer you are and the more far away your putt is you will start to rush it. That's just something I noticed.

chat give me a good idea / bad idea vote on this. Foundation boys have kids so this could be a stay home but tour idea game. the foundation guys 3 or 4 players play a round and a disc golf group picks 3/4 players to play a similar local course. the foundation random picks a player to be their team mate. Scores are added at the end of each hole and divided ie (trevor gets a 2 team member from local course guy/girl gets a 3 their score is 2.5) the guys can commentary just the local team or them and local team. Winner at local team gets a disc from foundation.

Can someone explain how the tag match works?
@joeloreilly29534 ай бұрын
I think you're losing a ton of power on your timing. I had the same thing last year that I corrected over the winter. If you watch the start of your putts, your hips and body start moving forward, then your arm kinda follows through like a floppy noodle. What worked for me was popping both at the same time. I focus on getting a decent pop from my legs and my arm continues in it's motion to propel the disc forward. It's about shifting my vertical force from my legs into a horizontal force on the disc. Above all else - practice. I dunno how much you putt, but you need to do at least like 50/day for a while to get comfy in the posture and confident in your abilities. I like to step up to every putt thinking "I've made this putt 1000 times before, and I can do it now". Awesome seeing you work on it, and I know in a few months you'll be slamming home all your C1 putts.

Kind of looked like you reverted to the hyzer release, instead of the flat release on putts you started in the lesson. Bad rounds happen, we watch you because youre relateable not because youre a pro 😃
