What I usually do is usually sing out loud or shout out loud while riding if sleepy already 😂 but always best to go rest-point and take a short nap

If possible, please always try to stop and rest for a good nap or overnight instead of trying to stay awake with the suggestions you advised. By the time riders feel you need to do them, they are riding dangerously, especially for new ones. I've seen quite a few accidents caused by riders falling asleep. Personally, this happen to me while driving in a car and bumped into an expressway railing. I may have got badly injured or died if I were riding.
