Recently I've seen 32nd century starship series many times, and to be honest, jumping into 32c is a good journey between terran and galactic neighbors. If we assume there always been millions of galactic members traveling between 20th to 87th century, obviously, 32nd to 36th century are very popular alternative timeframe to earthlings. Space journey is so wonderful, keep it up.

I'm definately not a fan of the deatched items, be it nacelles or starship components. It just seems... like a pure design choice to show how far the technology is ahead of what we saw before. The same with the whole Burn idea... really didn't add to the series or set up anything as an advance. We had such a great chance to see the time of Daniels, the temporal wars from the other side and Captain Braxton and the like.

I know people will say the floating parts are stupid but i like them as an evolution of starfleet technology. Would love to see holograms and replicator technology integrated into this era of ship design (i.e. rapidly-replicated ablative armor, holographic weapons, etc.) because seeing Starfleet's technological and social progress is kind of the core of what star trek's message is about. Also, technologies tend to make similar things less similar. A boat from today is entitely different than one from 600 years ago, even if it has similar shapes.

First off, becoming simple shapes makes sense, look at our own history to see how that happens... Second, not all are massive, the Intrepid for example is smaller than the 23rd Century Excelsior Class... @@TriAngulumAudioStudios My understanding was that when the Romulans left Vulcan they didn't have a steady supply of dilithium which lead them to further develop fusion reactors, since those dont need dilithium. They greatly advanced magnetic and gravity control that allowed them to develop singularity cores, no dilithium needed. Perhaps latter they used dilithium as you say to improve efficiency, but I don't think it is needed fundamentally.
@TriAngulumAudioStudios

Your understanding is incorrect and really doesnt make much sense... Why would the Romulans who are leaving Vulcan agree to leave in Peace without Dilithium! The Intrepid-Class is a brilliant ship and has come a long way. I can see this as a future evolution of the original intrepid, 5th iteration seems about right? so I usually call it the Intrepid-V-Class, same with the Constitution and Merian-Classes, Constitution-VIII and Merian-IV respectively. former Since we have Constitution, Constitution-II, and Constitution-III, and we see the Original Merian-Class in the Star Trek: Destiny Novels which take place in the “First Splinter” Timeline, given how they look compared to the Start-of-the-25th-Century vessels and that the Original USS Curie was one of its members, it’s safe to assume the original Merian-Class is Canon aswell to a degree. I’d also like to take a Look at the Mars-Class, from certain Prospectives, it’s Clear to see her Ancestor is the 24th Century Saber-Class!
