I'm 74 years old and other than a colonoscopy 9 years ago the last time I was at a doctors office was in 1969. I have only had one $4 prescription in my life (antibiotic for a root canal). I'm the weight and waist size as I was when I graduated H.S in 1967 (135 lbs/29" waist/19.5 BMI). My BP at age 74 is normally about 112/67 so you can live a healthy lifestyle. Have you ever visited the Hunza in Northern Pakistan? Totally unrelated but I love your smile.

That will be very interesting. I have just read 'The fat if the land' by Vilhjalmur Stefansson, who lived with the Eskimos in northern Canada in the very early part of the 20th century. He documented their lives in great detail and found that indeed, they were extremely healthy and free of diseases of civilisation.

Super intriguing! I would strongly suggest you get as much footage of your experience as possible. Including interviews of these tribes you meet. It’s much more convincing for the people with doubt

I do know arctic char is very healthy in one's diet. They are also a great sport fish! That has to be a cornerstone of diet in Greenland.
