Sometimes a loving heart wants to give gifts. They don't have to be the same as what we would give but it is another way to show someone you care, especially if you remember what they like. I would rather have a cheap gift that let's me know someone remembers what I like perfectly than an expensive one that doesn't fit for me. I like to give gifts too!
@ohm19452 жыл бұрын
@Joan Massat Absolutely Joan. It is very warming to give gifts that are appreciated. I had a lady friend who mentioned a big name perfume some years ago. I found it in a department store so I went to try then buy. I admit, I did not like this perfume at all as it smelt overly chemical more than a warm fragrance. The lady would wear this perfume on our outings and I kept quiet on my dislike of the smell. Many months later when it ran out (thankfully) I noted she was wearing something more vibrant. I told her I liked this one better and she agreed. She ended up telling me she never really liked the one I got her but wore it so she could show her appreciation. I asked her why did say she liked it in the first place. Because apparently she liked the manufacturers description?!! Bahahaha. But yes, you VC are absolutely correct in saying that a living heart wants to give.

It's quite funny. In Dharmic faiths like Hinduism, Buddhism Jainism Sikhism etc A festival called vasanta panchami is celebrated. Which is little similar. But it's more concerned with dance and music. Usually in ancient era , girls and boys used to dance and sing . And in ancient texts of Indian subcontinent,. Colour of romance is light green, not pink. Because light green represents tender leaves Chinese culture also has such separate similar day.
