I am an American, my ancestors came from England and Ireland, and pho is my single most favorite food of all time. When I moved I couldn’t find pho so I had to learn to make it for myself. This process was highly enriching and now after 10 pots of soup my broth is as good or better than most restaurants. The reason pho is so good is that the long, slow cook time allows the collagen to dissolve into the soup and out of the bones, making it rich, fragrant, and flavorful. I consider myself non-religious, but pho is proof that God exists and he loves us.

A solid argument can be made in favor of some good ramen. The quality is on a large spectrum thanks to dilution from literal Chinese knockoffs, in which Chinese people open Japanese restaurants and serve their food to customers who don't know any better. Authentic Japanese ramen can reach god-tier quality and can easily compete for the title of best soup in the world.

When I saw this thumbnail, I had a feeling they would love this dish. My favorite is meatball pho with extra bean sprouts. Vietnamese food is so healthy compared to typical American fare and has aromatic components that make it mouthwatering. The broth alone is so delicious and perfect for winter nights. Gotta try some summer rolls with peanut dipping sauce next!

I had such a similar reaction when I tried Pho soup for the first time. There’s an amazing spot in Charlotte NC that I would take friends to. I would joke, telling them they’ll remember this day as a day that changed their life.

I swear videos like this help end racism. First off good food brings everyone together and secondly it’s really hard to be scared of someone while they’re enjoying a meal. Everyone world wide enjoys a delicious meal with the exact same emotions. It’s the lil things that make us realize how similar we all are.

Please Mr. Producer! I need your help! I'd love to know who made this Beef Pho for the men and more importantly, if they'd be so kind and generous as to share the recipe! We live in a small city way up North in NY State (close to the Canadian border) and we haven't been able to find Pho in any of our local restaurants. My husband and I have wanted to try Pho for a very long time. I can only assume that the version that these wonderful men were given to try, must be absolutely delicious because there's not been a single criticism from any of them. I know that the four gentlemen are always very gracious and that they do all they can to be respectful about the food they're given to try, but I don't think I've ever seen a dish on this channel where at least one of them shared a bit of polite, constructive criticism. This speaks volumes about how truly amazing this Pho is, in my most humble opinion. So, please PLEASE kind sir, I'd be very grateful if you would share the source of (or the recipe for) this dish!! Thank you!! 😊

Whats so great about foods from around the world is how good they can be, and yet.. with all that they are, if you combine them you often get an all new flavor and experience even greater than they are idividually, Fusion. And Asian cuisine is usually the best host to be fused with foods more rooted in spices. like curries. So for example a fusion between Chinese and Carribbean cuisine. AMAZING.

I freaking love it when people discover foods that are new to them! And when they find something they truly love, it's priceless! There's an actual moment where one of the guys reacting to Pho. A moment where he realizes how delicious it really is and it almost looks like his eyes are tearing up. And then in a few moments his instinct is teach me how to make this so I can make it for my children.

Of the various people you have tried on the channel these 4 are the best. They can be brutally honest and funny at the same time. As a retired professional chef I miss looking out of the kitchen and seeing people react to the food. It warmed my heart to see smiles of peoples faces when we got it right and when they did not look happy I always stopped what I was doing to find out why they did not care for it and how to make something a it better. Your chefs here have to have the same feelings, to look at the wonder and gentile men and see they are enjoying something for the first time in their lives has to warm the chefs hearts. I guess that old habits die hard because I watch their faces to see the reactions and you could tell they were in love with the PHO even before they tried it. Thank you for the enjoyment and looking forward to your next video as always

As an American, I approve this. Move over Mama's Chicken Noodle soup and bring on Pho! I have eaten it when Im sick for decades and it's so good. Clears up your sinuses and it's a LOT so I always save and go in for seconds later the same day. And now that we can order for take out, it's much easier to eat this at home too when you are ill.
