I recently found Ryan, very happy. I've been working out for over 50 yrs. I started out skinny so it was always about getting bigger and stronger. A attitude I should by know abandon but I can't. Anyway, I like what Ryan says and does. My only concern which hopefully is wrong is doing the high reps (which feels good) I will gain size but not so much strength. Maybe I'm still vain but I want to be as strong as I look.

My guys do a tricep Skull Crusher 30 reps series. While on a bench, 10 skulls, 10 back over the head to the floor and then 10 presses. Sometimes we do the 10 skulls, then in one sweeping motion go over the head to the floor and then bring it back up into a press. Either way, the goal is to get all 30 reps. I heard a guy the other day say that he hadn't seen them old school moves in a while. Thanks Ryan, really enjoy the videos.

I was stuck in the mentality that everything in the golden age of body building was law. Ryan has taught me some things that have developed my muscles and physic at a rapid rate by isolation and partial movements that dont go past the designated area for muscle engagement. I full movement always allows secondary muscles to take over. He's taken this game to anothet level thats not a gimmick.

today at the gym i tried what you showed and decided to superset it with biceps. so when i did the long head, i did wide grip bar curls, both sets were of 21s but, more like 10s, i proceeded to do the same when i hit the lat head, moved to narrow grip bar curls, and when i did the medial head, i went straight to hammer curls, and i actually raised my arms up in the air, and waved them like i didn't care, actually, i didn't wave them, but i do get what you meant by doing, all that blood rushing to my arm was intense, at one point i could not reach across my chest to touch my shoulders. now i had to modify a bit due that i need to be at work in 2hrs. i have to admit, i wasn't sure if it would have worked but bruuh, my arms and triceps feel a bit soar, thank you! btw, your a vegan, didn't see that coming! #blessedday

The 20s. Top, bottom, and full, kicked my ass so bad. The last set of full I got to 12. Paused. 14. Paused. 16 paused and had to dig damn rep for 20. Could not do any more haha. Love the videos
