they are similar but the important thing is how our body takes those types of sugar. Fructose being the worse as it’s really slow for our body to break that down due to older evolutionary stuff. if you want a better explanation look up Adam Ragusea’s video on high fructose corn syrup

I'm a "millennial" and I hate the term. I think there's a gap between Generation Y and Millennials. I was never given a trophy for participation and I have always worked hard for what I have. I work 60 hours a week and only get paid for 30 of these due to my contract, but need the job to pay my rent. Nothing was given to me and I don't think it's fair to paint us all with the same brush. I don't have any money in my wallet because I don't have any money to give because I've got to spend 3/4 of my money on rent and bills. I don't have a smart phone and my parents buy nothing for me. I will never buy a house and despite having a degree will probably never work in the field because there aren't the jobs. I can't even afford to run a car, despite having a "well-paid" job. My generation has been predicted to have a retirement age OLDER than life expectancy due to the state of the economy we've been left. The label is rubbish and if anything the defining point of millennial will be those who grew up with the internet in their house...something I didn't do despite being a millennial. Also, it matters not when you were born, but how you were brought up!

I think the best way to fix peoples issues with archived Podcasts would be to have Pyrion in more team DD vids, that way he might actually appear in a Triforce Podcast once in a while.

Okay okay. To people who are angry about these archives being marked as Tri-Force, allow me to play defence. The Yogscast has a track record of consistent content. This is because they record weeks in advance to insure that us (the viewers/ listeners), don't feel forgotten. This also keeps their numbers up on KZbin, who pays them. The YogPod is one of the only things these people do that tends to be inconsistent. Tri-Force is (for the most part) consistent. In that case, to keep updates coming, They are releasing archival footage under the Tri-Force banner. It contains two of the three members of Tri-Force and is still pretty damned funny. Also, There are only three archival episodes out of eighteen so far, and they start on episode eight. This is technically still Tri-Force, in this case. P-Flax is just not there for this one.

I have been slightly upset by the millennial stereotypes used in this podcast. I do, however, enjoy this podcast, and, therefore, will continue listening to it. That was a lot of commas. I will now list the stereotypes and my responses to them. (I really hope they weren't being sarcastic about this, because my Asperger's Syndrome limits my abilities to understand when someone is using sarcasm, and if they were indeed using sarcasm, I will look like a knobhead) "They all wear turtle-necks" I have never worn a turtle-neck. "Hang out in coffee shops" I believe, throughout my entire life, I have been in coffee shops a maximum of one hour, in total. "They have a lot of apple products" I do have one iPhone. "They're very liberal" I am a liberal, I do not disagree with this stereotype. "They wouldn't fight back if they got mugged" I probably wouldn't, mostly because my life is mainly video games and not much exercise. "They care about organic food" I do not care about organic food. "Gay rights" I do believe that all people are equal (Unless they have done some crime, or are an authority) "They would be like 'take my phone, I'll get a new one from my dad or something'" My dad doesn't care for me, and my mum would say that it was my fault for taking my phone with me or something like that. "'My dad is like the president of a like fortune 500 company'" I don't even know where he works now, but I believe he is a cashier. "They look forward to tweeting" I mainly use facebook. I study dietetics and fruit juice has extrinsic sugars (free sugars) as the cell walls are broken, where pieces fruit has intrinsic sugars. Free sugars are also found in Coke, so in theory they are the same thing. Extrinsic sugars should only count for 5% of your calorie intake, so the sugars in juice count for same as those in coke.

Lewis, what Sips means is that there are multiple types of monosaccharides, like glucose and fructose. What you're referring to as sugar is probably sucrose, but often that's not the type of sugar in the products you buy. It's mainly glucose-fructose I believe, at least that's what I see the most on the packages.

I'm not completely sure, but I think Lewis is right on the sugar problem. Its the same kind of sugar, its just that a orange it has less sugar than a coke, but they take all the sugar out of 1,000 oranges and put it into one orange. This allows them to say its still "organic". They say there is a difference between natural and added sugar, but added sugar is just natural (and sometimes, but not always unnatural) sugar extracted from some source. This might not be 100% correct, but from what I know it is.
