You didn’t cause me any trouble, wish I could have been more help. Before you remove everything, I would contact DocSki and see if he knows of any way to possibly save your wrap. He is the king of the 3d effect tiger wraps. If anyone knows how to salvage the wrap, it would be him for sure! It wouldn’t hurt to check with him and see.

Fly tying bobbin holders are much bigger. I have a few and never liked using them for rod building purposes. These are much better but not any good for tying flies LOL

It is less than half the length of the shortest fly tying bobbin holder I own (which is the shortest one I was ever able to find). That shorter length is what makes the difference in doing a wrap like I’m showing in this video. It just works better for me, but whatever works best for you is all that matters 👍

If so, I do not currently have a video about doing those types of wraps.

I have a few and my smallest one is quite a bit bigger than these. These are a lot easier to use for rod building purposes because of the smaller size.

I don’t actually do the 3d effect tiger wraps. This guy here is the guy you will want to talk to about those: youtube.com/@docski377 Unless you are talking about what I was showing in this video. The 3d tiger wraps won’t show a pattern from what I understand if they aren’t done correctly. On what I’m showing on this video, you lay the pattern down.
