@@ddoubleu170 Some representation? The programming block was filled with black TV shows. You could see black actors on every channel. God forbid a show didn't have one. I never put on Moesha and asked where her white friends were.

@@marksommers4179they must have representation even if it’s fake. There’s plenty of places where only white populations are or one or two black people etc. your comment is spot on! If they hated her, she wouldn’t have worked at all…easier to play victim than just own she’s insufferable!
@Socal443 ай бұрын
And that was the problem the lack of diversity was obvious. Whites and blacks were still being separated 🙄 so you just proved their point. 👍 Of course they're gonna compensate by making shows catered to black people if white people are obviously not interested in diversity in their shows. 🤷🏻♀️ But I'm glad TV has grown since and shows are now more integrated with all races.

I was born in ‘87, grew up watching this show, LOVED IT- so many life lessons. But I connected on a whole new level when Angela joined the cast- so from a biracial girl born in Detroit, who moved to an ALL white area in 1st grade, I was SO THANKFUL to have beautiful black women like her to look up too. I know she went through a lot, but I appreciate so much her diversity to the cast❤

It breaks my heart that this information leaves a bad impression and can’t watch Boy Meets Worlds in a good light 😥 On her brighter note Trina looks AMAZING 🥰

@@marksommers4179 Did you even watch the video???? The other cast members were mean to her and due to fact that they were mean to her she didn’t have a good experience. Usually when it’s a predominantly white cast it’s always protocol to have a “black” character which is considered a token black character to have diversity or lack there of. They do the same thing in the work field, they hire a minority for diversity when it’s a predominantly white setting

They act like that because they knew that show was the beginning and the end for them. They knew she had potential to do more so they had to try and keep her vibrating low. That’s why people do stuff like that and you have to know that’s it’s happening and see the positive in it. People only try to trip those that they know are faster than them. If people think you are weak they will try and step on you. She seems nice so they did things to get her to act up hoping she would lose her role.
