we have a very similar eggplant recipe. but there two kinds, with vinegar and without. just very little vinegar. good for dieting actually, but one time I saw this crispy eggplant and really did it, gosh! made it and I was very happy that it was perfect, I didn't believe it would have been crispy hahaah! but really yummy, check it out and feature as well! my support here
