Trini Coconut Drops | Rock Buns/Rock Cakes

When last alyuh make or eat Drops? These are usually dense on the outside and soft on the inside. They look very rustic and make a great addition to tea/coffee time! The rich coconut flavor makes this so appetizing and moreish!
While the names are interchanged sometimes, Rock Buns/Rock Cakes are denser than Coconut Drops.

I love how you break those coconut, girl power, amazing how the buns came out. Everytime I buy coconut it's always bad inside . Over here n canada 🇨🇦 so I am going to try frozen coconut but they have water when thaw out. Do I still add milk? Thanks you blessings to the family❤❤❤

@joanballiram420 thank you so much! I always have that issue too, when I buy from a certain grocery. If using the frozen one, then you may not need water. When you mix it, then only add water or milk if it needs. Blessings to you as well!

Use the coconut water in your recipe...
