Let's make the Classic Gulab Jamoon recipe from Trinidad & Tobago. I omitted ginger for pumpkin spice but feel free to flavour this as you wish.
If you have left over nestle cream you can add it to this recipe before you add in the evaporated milk.
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup ghee / unsalted butter
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp baking powder ( optional )
1/4 cup condensed milk
1 1/4 cups evaporated milk

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
...
oil for frying
