Trini Macaroni Pie ( eggless ) - Episode 500

8 oz cheese mixture plus 4 oz cheese mixture for the top
2 tbsp soft salted butter
3 cloves garlic pasted
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp golden ray or salted butter
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk heated up
1 pack of elbows= 16oz boiled in light salt

I love macaroni pie..unfortunately as I got older my body cant tolerate cheese except for a small piece of monterey jack. I can only imagine how great it is with garlic butter👍👌👌

Lovely the idea with garlic butter I don't use egg in my pie never did. But I do like breadcrumbs and cheese on top though.
