This is the way I grew up eating it. I’ve seen other versions which I’ve never tried and maybe one day I will be brave enough to try it. But this recipe right here has me locked in. This is the way we make it in our house and grew up in my parents house making it the same way and we absolutely love it. Awesome job as usual! Your recipes don’t play games honey 😉

👌👌 one of my favourite snacks with tamarind chutney. You can try coating the eggplant with saheena mixture...like a two for one😄😄. I love it!!
