2 cups roasted peanuts unsalted
1 cup white sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup water

Whether you are using a metal tray or a plastic bowl to mix and coat and separate the peanuts after you remove them from the stove and spread them out to cool, perhaps if you sprayed the tray or bowl with some vegetable oil they may not stick as badly to the surface and it will be a bit easier to clean up the tray or bowl afterwards. Just a suggestion. The recipe looks delightful though. Thank you for sharing Natasha.
