7 weeks ago, I had surgery for a hernia that was likely brought on by increased activity since my Humphries Peak hike in June. Even after the 3.5" incision and tissue disruption, I was blessed to have had a relatively quick recovery that accelerated briskly after the initial 7-10 days after surgery. I was able to hike after two weeks and was biking and doing push-ups by three weeks. At four weeks I was skateboarding and into my second week of mountain hikes. This is my four visit since surgery to two of these peaks and I threw in a third one just as a way of gauging myself for my two biggest treks. There's some nice desert scenery along way but footage is a bit shaky at times since I was using the wrong, non stabilized camera lens on my phone. This was an oversight so sorry about that.
