Appreciate the time taken to make this video brother. I listened as I painted my boat. I also added a flag pole from my late father's boat and tied a new British ensign flag to it. Funny how our ancestors are always with us in spirit. I've learned a lot from you my friend.

Ector. Thank you for taking the time to listen. I apologise for taking so long. I think i am beginning to exhibit the traits of my generation and keep my abilities and skills close to my chest and silently bow out. Maybe we young’uns have the right idea; some at least. How goes your boat? How goes your solitude? How goes this new chapter? I ask curiously, within British waters (if you still remain there) must you still have an ensign? And it is funny, indeed. So strange we do things of value, like Durkheim also said; our little rituals and traditions even our every day actions we affirm our ancestry daily if we are aware of our actions. They are always near because they are always certain. Its our FUTURE that is never there; promises, hopes, friends, families, but our ancestry never left us. We learn gratitude and faith all based on experience and hard work. We live in a time where we now have to think. These thoughts and interruptions and distractions never hindered our ancestors whatsoever. So they are there surely to help us remember the simplicity of ourselves and the urgency to adjust to a time that is hostile to independence and disconnection. I envy you sometimes, Ector. You lived through a time where such intricate and academic videos were common and all the creators were on a level of exploration rather than complacency. I feel like im watching an episode of the View nowadays. But we rise nonetheless. I have no goals to bring academia back to the ‘sphere’. In all honesty, the nature of what i produce (when i do) associates me with it; so if anything, i want to implement more critical thinking, curiosity, and socratic thinking. Because as it stands.. or sits.. or squats.. its coming close to tipping over the edge and eventually everyone worth their salt will walk away. So stay close, Ector. If not me then all those who have a chance of keeping their heads above the water and out of the reach of sharks. All i have is gratitude for your hard-work and your experience and appreciate the culmination of your experience and your questioning of the world. You’ve written a synopsis that is still rich in worth for men such as myself. A curator for knowledge and passing on practical lessons that once they are in, it will take the world to get them out. @@Scholartaire The more time you spend away the more your progress shows. The ensign is quite a tradition over here, especially on the big rivers and coastal waters. Some other countries are sticklers for it too. It can also serve as a welcome aboard gesture or as a do not disturb sign, though most boaters don't understand or observe those old ways. I think the main aim of flying your colours is to observe who we are and where we've come from. I will remain here on the inland waterways. No doubt I will have to tackle some tidal waters at some point, The Wash is always a favourite with inland boaters. Some even take their boats to Ireland on the broad majestic Shannon. I see many lost souls out here. All have a history and will offer you a seat for dinner. Despite being alone many people here recognise the fact that we all need help from time to time. A boat was sinking the other day, people came from other boats with pumps and tow ropes to take the boat to safety as the owner wasn't aboard. It's done out of consideration for others but also as a tacit rule; treat others as you hope they would treat you. The "Golden Era" of the manosphere has gone. Some even doubt it ever existed but real recognise real, it can't be faked. I feel sorry for the men who are being sold snake oil from the wolves in sheep's clothing, all under the guise of "helping men" and "saving lives". It's the biggest virtue signal the Internet has ever witnessed. We soldier on my brother. I'm looking to the past for clues to my future. I'll trust the elders and the ancestors to guide me, they left us good instruction. I'm still learning and failing all the time but it's the adventure I seek. Purpose is all well and good but I believe we were put on this earth to really feel alive. Getting closer to nature and the elements is a big part of that for me. I'm looking forward to talking with Bullets and Kush. They're bored of all the shenanigans now. Time to move forward and develop the philosophy further. I listened to this video and gave it a like. Well done, young man. Keep up the good work. Actually, I had to listen in shifts, listening for a while and then coming back. I live at the bottom two levels of the physiology food pyramid. Survival and safety. I tend to think that the need for love and acceptance is a bridge to far. In my own personal philosophy I don't need love and acceptance. On the contrary, I don't care what other people think of me. Love and acceptance is the icing on the cup cake. I remember a few channels dissecting the hierarchy of needs model back in the day. I expressed a need for men to be able to bypass the third tier, intimacy, affection etc.. It has been interesting watching men cope with that need, some behaviours I consider to be maladaptive but there's a severe lack of viable options for men. It's taken this long for a man like Solitaire to continue the discourse and drive the philosophy further forward. I think the devil is in the detail, digging deeper into the nuances of past research. Some of us spent years researching and days making each single video. The manosphere today is a pitiful shadow of what it used to be, that's a real shame.
