Every time you're frustrated it's because you know the singer is capable of improving their voice in a specific way. You know they CAN do it, but they're not doing it. You are constructive, not destructive, and that's what makes ya great.

I think that’s why it’s so much easier to sing covers rather than original songs. With covers you know how to sing the vowels because the original artist has already done it. But original songs you have to figure it out for yourself.

Love these videos bc they remind me that singing pop vs classical is SO different. I grew up classically trained with choir and opera but now I’m a pop singer and they’re complete opposites. My coach had to reteach me everything. Pop and classical are so different and I’m glad Tristan’s out here telling everyone that.
