This is a great idea. Reports can be very daunting to a non-technical client, it can also feel like additional work for them. I have used video calls to run through directly but pre-recorded video makes sense as you can control the time spent. Good idea!

Why not just make a video going over your agengies automated reporting? EZ. My biggest client likes the circles and charts and shit.. build a soution for your clients

Cool, I agree with you. I’ve just found that the majority of my clients couldn’t care for the charts and stuff. Plus I believe it’s a better service to speak through the results and the work, rather than a lazy one click export of a pdf report.

The idea of the content is to change the way we report, to move away from the overwhelming, un-engaging exported pdfs and presentations. Weve found that our clients like to see the results and be spoken through it over video. Just sharing our findings here 🙂
