So other then being the hub for human and child trafficking, disgusting policies promoting meth addics, the worst roads in almost all of Canada, the brutally bad city service, ultra high property taxes, insane permit waitings times, the lakes are kinda nice... so as long as you go just outside of Sudbury city limits, youll be a lot better off.

Crimes rates are higher than normal but if you live here you know that you never feel threatened. It’s high because of petty crimes.. and for house prices??? You are completely wrong on that. I’m a realtor, I know that Sudbury is actually one of the most affordable in Canada! Look at the bright side of things instead of the negative!

@@TristanRitchie I've lived here most of my life, we were once voted the happiest place in Canada. However, it is not petty crime these days unfortunately. Sudbury has seen an increase in homicides, sex crimes, firearm offences. We are one of the Sex trafficking capitals of Ontario and Sudbury is quickly becoming one of the least affordable locations in Ontario. It is one of the hardest places to get a job due to lack of options. We have an opioid crisis on top of an ongoing housing crisis. I appreciate hyping Sudbury up and I know it's good for business, but be realistic. I don't think you're from Sudbury, if you live here now.. it hasn't been very long. It's very unfortunate.

@@beckaplays ive been here 20+ years! I know it may seem like that but have you talked to any business owners? Every single one of them are looking to hire. I was on the phone with the city and they are trying to attract more people to sudbury to help fill jobs. There are SO many jobs. Employers are having a trouble finding people to work. I also know that these homicides and sex trafficing are through traffic from the toronto area. The negative comments I hear about Sudbury like you just mentioned are just chatter. None of is true. Its just Sadly what a lot of people hear from others. But I have done TONS of research.

1 end of the city to the other in about 15 minutes if there is no traffic. HAHAHAHAH!!!! Never have I heard such a crock in all my life. A quick glance at google maps reveals that a trip from Capreol to Lively with NO traffic is 45 minutes. Lies, lies, lies.
