So I've owned a Street Triple S 660, now have a Speed Triple RS . I love the smoothness of the triple engine, and the massive grunt of the 1050cc. I did get a test ride of one of the road going versions of the Tiger 900 when I was getting my new Speed Triple. I did find the T plane crank a bit "lumpy", I much prefer the smoothness of the traditional 120 degree crank. The rest of the Tiger 900 was pretty good, but for me they'd need to offer a 120 degree crank. As far as I can tell they might have just as well put a twin cylinder engine in the Tiger 900, if that's what Triumph are really after.

I’d really like one of these bikes. I’ll be saving some money up to buy myself something fancy next year. Contenders so far are: Kawasaki Versys 1000 Honda AT Adventure Sports Tiger 900 Rally Pro or GT pro Really leaning towards the triumph. I’ve only ever owned Japanese bikes (they’ve all been fantastic) but I think I want to try something a bit different. My only concern would be Triumph’s reliability which, firsthand, I know nothing about. Great video!

I've never had any interest in adventure bikes (mainly because they are bulky and ugly) but today I took this exact bike on a test ride while my Speed Triple was getting serviced and oh my god, it was literally one the best and most fun bikes I've ever ridden! It was pleasant to just cruise around but also freeing and fun to go ride on bad gravel roads when normally I avoid them at all costs. I'm not ready to go full middle age just yet, but I can now see myself riding one of these in the future when I get older and value comfort and versatility over pure performance :D

Great video thanks. I’m interested in your opinion what you think of the difference between this Rally pro version and the GT pro. If you want this bike as a tourer/allrounder but mostly on road but maybe sometimes not often offroad which bike would you go for? If you want a pillion and luggage bike which is the better bike for that purpose? Which of this bike handles best on the roads and twisty roads? Is there better even then go for the Rally because of the specs? Its hard to find a video about this when as soon as you talk about the Rally version its always in dept of the offroadhandling and not so much on the on road handling. Would be great to hear your opinion on that. Maybe a video? Thanks for your great chanel. 👏👍💪

GT feels much nicer on the road due to the smaller front wheel. If you dont plan on doing more serious offroad certainly get the GT much better for the streets. Has all the toys the Rally does 👍

Hi guys....i need help. almost impossible to test ride the tiger 900's in san diego. I would love to have your feedback as to what bike to buy. Im 62, 6ft 1/2 with long arms. 34 ins inseam. 99% road rider light gravel etc. No heavy offroad. Love long distance riding on smaller side roads and some highway if necessary. Bike History: Ducati enduro multistrada 1290. 8000 miles. found it too heavy and top heavy. after that 1250 gs 2019. rode for 6000 miles. Loved it. ergonomically perfect. I wanted a lighter bike similar to 1250 - as i travel mostly alone and wanted something I could easily handle. Then KTM 890 adventure. 2021. rode it 3000 miles. terrible sitting position. Felt cramped. Gave me back muscle issues. stopped riding it. Im deciding between tiger 900 gt pro or rally pro. I test rode the tiger 850 - dealer told me same ergonomics as 900 gt pro. It felt good. I cant get a rally pro to test ride. 1. I dont care about power - 900 cc is more then enough. I care about ergonomics. and wind protection. longer rides over many days. Does the rally pro feel more top heavy then GT pro? I felt good with the Center of gravity on the 850 - is the rally pro and gt pro same in terms of center of gravity - or does the rally feel more top heavy? I read that the handlebars on rally are wider slightly...is it? I want to replicate my 1250 gs sitting position in a lighter bike. Any suggestions please ? Thank you for taking the time....:)
